01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HypeRocket.cloud (the "Site"), operated by the Muritiba Team, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") and all related legal documents, including our Privacy Policy, Risk Disclosure, Earnings Disclaimer, and Affiliate Disclaimer.

If you do not agree with any portion of these Terms, you must not access or use the Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes ongoing acceptance of any updates or modifications to these Terms.

02 Scope of This Site

HypeRocket.cloud is an independent affiliate website operated by the Muritiba Team. The Site provides:

• Educational content about the HypeRocket platform, the Hyperliquid ecosystem, and decentralized finance (DeFi) in general.
• Tools such as an earnings calculator, intended for illustrative and educational purposes only.
• Affiliate links to the official HypeRocket platform at hyperocket.io.
• Contact channels via Telegram for direct communication with the Muritiba Team.

HypeRocket.cloud is not the official HypeRocket platform. We do not operate the platform, hold custody of any user funds, or control trading activity. All contracts, deposits, withdrawals, and trades occur on the official platform.

03 Use License

Subject to compliance with these Terms, the Muritiba Team grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use HypeRocket.cloud for personal, non-commercial informational purposes.

This license does not grant you any rights to:

• Modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content from the Site.
• Use any data mining, robots, scrapers, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
• Frame, mirror, or otherwise display the Site or its content on another website without explicit written permission.
• Use the Site or its content for any commercial purpose without explicit written permission.

This license is automatically terminated upon violation of any of these restrictions and may be terminated by the Muritiba Team at any time.

04 Prohibited Use

You agree not to use HypeRocket.cloud in any manner that:

• Violates any applicable law, regulation, or treaty in your jurisdiction or any other jurisdiction.
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of the Muritiba Team or any third party.
• Promotes illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, or tax evasion.
• Attempts to disrupt, damage, or compromise the security or integrity of the Site or its underlying infrastructure.
• Misrepresents your identity or affiliation with any person or entity, including the Muritiba Team or HypeRocket platform.
• Harasses, abuses, threatens, or defames any individual, including members of the Muritiba Team.
• Uses automated systems to access the Site at a rate or in a manner that adversely affects performance.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your access to the Site and potential legal action.

05 Intellectual Property

All content on HypeRocket.cloud — including text, graphics, logos, images, software, layouts, designs, and underlying code — is the property of the Muritiba Team or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The "HypeRocket" name and any associated trademarks belong to the official HypeRocket platform and are used on this Site under the affiliate program. The "Muritiba" name and related branding are operated by the Muritiba Team.

Unauthorized use of any content or trademarks may violate intellectual property laws and result in legal consequences. If you believe content on this Site infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us through our contact page.

06 Disclaimers

HypeRocket.cloud is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Muritiba Team disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Warranties of accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Site.
• Warranties that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• Warranties regarding the HypeRocket platform, its performance, reliability, or operational continuity.
• Warranties regarding cryptocurrency, $HYPE, Hyperliquid, or any related digital asset.

• Loss of cryptocurrency, fiat currency, digital assets, or any other property.

• Damages arising from your use of, inability to use, or reliance on content from this Site.
• Damages arising from your interaction with the official HypeRocket platform, the Hyperliquid blockchain, or any third-party service.
• Damages from any decision you make based on content from this Site.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise), even if the Muritiba Team has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

08 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Muritiba Team, Fellipe Gabriel, and any of its members, contributors, or affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms or any related legal documents.
• Your violation of any rights of another party, including intellectual property rights.
• Your conduct in connection with the official HypeRocket platform, the Hyperliquid blockchain, or any third-party service accessed through links on this Site.

09 Third-Party Services

HypeRocket.cloud contains links and references to third-party platforms and services, including but not limited to:

• The official HypeRocket platform at hyperocket.io.
• Hyperliquid blockchain resources.
• Telegram channels (Muritiba Team and HypeRocket official).
• Web3 wallets such as MetaMask, Trust Wallet, and others.
• Other educational resources linked throughout the Site.

The Muritiba Team has no control over these third-party services and is not responsible for their content, terms, privacy practices, or operational continuity. Your interaction with any third-party service is at your own risk and subject to that service's own terms and policies.

10 Modifications to Terms

The Muritiba Team reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, in our sole discretion. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of HypeRocket.cloud after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. We are not obligated to notify you individually of changes.

11 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United States.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of the Muritiba Team to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
